This specific phase was part of a larger project to refurbish three historic buildings into chalet-style apartments. The goal was to create the floor plan and 3D renders for one of the apartments. This would allow the owner to market and sell the property before construction begins.

The design for this apartment centres on preserving a traditional mountain style, incorporating materials that are characteristic of the region. Larch wood and Luserna stone were chosen to evoke the surrounding area's natural beauty, ensuring that the interior aligns with the local architectural heritage while offering modern comforts and aesthetics.
